What's the name of the voice actor for Captain Terror (Speed Racer)?

Just something I've been thinking about... Anyone know the guy who does the voice of Captain Terror of the Car Acrobatic Team from the original Speed Racer cartoon? It's amazing; only four voice actors for ALL of the characters on the show: Peter Fernandez, Corrinne Orr, Jack Grimes, and Jack Curtis. Anyone know which one? Possibly someone not credited? Thanks <3
