Would this be acceptable to wear at a job interview?

I was going to wear all black nikes, with khaki pants and a black ralph lauren polo....the reason I have to wear tennis shoes because thats all I have I do not have any dress up type of shoes.So if you were a supervisor would you consider highering someone with this attire on?
