HOW CAN I AVOID EVICTION? FYI I LIVE IN VEGAS?

I'm a landlord. If you come and explain your situation to me, i might release you from the rental. If you leave in the middle of the night, i have to go to court to get approval to enter. You can make it a lot easier on me. Will you offer anything to break the lease? I have to re-rent it and that costs me time and money. /
