Porter Airlines Shuttle Bus?

Is Porter Airlines running their shuttle busses from Union Station (in Toronto) every 10 minutes during the G20? I have a flight on June 27th and I have no idea how I am going to get there since downtown Toronto is blocked off. Someone help!
