Tsa scanners?? Questions :)?

Is it coming to england soon? Can you say no to having to go through it? If you do what happens? Is there an age limit to going on it? I'm asking all this because I'm going on holiday soon and I really don't want to have to go through one of these disgusting pieces of machinery and have some sweaty greesy fat man staring at me naked!? I'm only 15..
