Looking for a web designer for free?

This is for ex members of an Army regiment that was disbanded and we desperately need a web designer for free please. Your name will be on all web pages and high lighted. We would appreciate this very much. Is there anyone out there who can fulfil this pledge? UK only preferably although we would not say no to any other nationality wanting to take part.
