What the hell is wrong with my car?

You may have an intermittent problem with an injector that dumps fuel and causes the plug to foul. Once the plug is fouled, even if the injector starts working again the cylinder will misfire. Changing the plug fixes it until the intermittent problem comes back and fouls it again.
