Physics with pulleys (work/force/kinematics)?

attached to two ends of a rope (around a pulley) are two different mes (m1-on the left and m2 on the right-m2 being slightly heavier). The two mes are initially at the same height to begin. After they are released, the large m, m2, falls through a height h and hits the floor, and the small m, m1, rises through a height h. (no friction and pulleys and ropes have negligible mes. How would you find the speed of the mes? (in variable format is fine)
