Need help please and thank you!!?

I have a digital photo keychain device called "zenex on the move" and i dont know how to get photos on it.......everytime I turn it on it does nothing... and when I plug it in to my computer theres nothing that pops up that says new device found or something... so how do I do it?? im movin and need to keep my memories.... Please help!
