I think " Oliver " likes you, it sounds to me Oliver is a little insecure about himself and shy, and with the eye thing I think by you knowing what color his eyes are that means you look in his eyes not just at them, I think if you really like oliver more than his friend you need to let his friend know. You also should let oliver know. But yea he likes you he is just shy
