Do you think i am sensitive to spirits or something?

i'm 17 and at night when i'm in my room i always get the feeling of being watched, last weekend we went over to my friend's her dad owns an old gym which doesn't function anymore, they live in an old slightly deserted area near the high way, so yea, anyway when i walked in to this gym place i got negative vibes and i wanted to use the toilet which was at the end of the room so when i went near that space i got a cold wave of air over me, certainly there was a heater in the entire house and also in this room and the other areas of the room weren't this cold, also whenever someone in my area pes away, i mean before they p away i get an ambulance in my dream and most of my intutions are true about most of the things, my friends are proof of this! why are all these things happening? is it just a co incidence i don't think so many things can be a mere co incidence! also i'm not mentally sick, i'm studying, i'm in high school and i'm perfectly okay! can someone help me about this! thanks! happy new year! :)
