Seahawks schedule tough or weak?

I would say the schedule is middle of the road, however I got the Seahawks finishing 9-7 maybe 10-6, but that's at best. But who knows by the time the season starts maybe they will make so big moves and improve their team possibly putting their wins closer to 11 or possibly 12.
